What Shelvy is

A doll identifier and collection tracker in one photo.

Shelvy is a doll collection app for people who would rather collect than type. It identifies dolls by photo — a whole shelf at once — and turns them into a catalog: character, series, edition and year for every doll. From there it works like a doll collection tracker should: how many you have, which lines they belong to, and which releases are still missing. It knows Monster High, Barbie, Bratz, Rainbow High, Shadow High, Ever After High, My Scene and L.O.L. Surprise! O.M.G.

Free doll checklists

Every line, as a list you can tick off.

The same catalog that powers the app, open on the web: complete release lists by line, with years and product codes. No account — your progress stays in your browser. Browse all doll checklists →

Questions

Good to know.

Is there an app that can identify dolls from a photo?

Yes — that is what Shelvy does. Take one photo of your shelf and Shelvy finds every doll in it and names each one: character, series and edition. It is built for modern fashion dolls rather than antiques, and you can correct any result with a tap.

Which doll brands does Shelvy recognise?

Shelvy's catalog covers Monster High, Barbie, Bratz, Rainbow High, Shadow High, Ever After High, My Scene and L.O.L. Surprise! O.M.G. — about 15,000 releases, with more lines added regularly.

How is Shelvy different from a spreadsheet or a collection tracker?

You don't type anything. A spreadsheet or a classic doll collection tracker makes you enter every doll by hand; Shelvy builds the list from a photo, then shows stats and line-by-line checklists of what you own and what is still missing.

Can I use the doll checklists without the app?

Yes. The checklists on this site are free and need no account: open a line, tick off the dolls you own, and your progress is saved in your browser.

Is Shelvy available on Android?

Shelvy is on the App Store for iPhone. An Android version is planned — join the waitlist and we will let you know.
